Description:

    This is a black hole which is not actively shooting anything out of it or doing anything strange enough to draw attention to it.  Just finding one of these will require good gravity wave research.  Some of the benefits of this could be obtained by creating microscopic black holes in the laboratory, although that poses a danger to the habitat in which the research is performed.
