Main-Sequence Star

Description:
    This is a star that is old enough for hydrogen fusion to be its main source of energy to counteract the pull of gravity (as opposed to the gravitational energy due to contraction in the younger Protostar or heavier element fusion in a Post-Main-Sequence Star.  This is a good place to learn how stars work, and is likely to be the first type of star your species studies extensively.
