Description:
This is the practice
of using antimatter as a power storage device. Since
matter/antimatter annihilation has the highest energy per unit mass of
anything known (or conceivable by current physics), this is the
ultimate power storage device. Antimatter is very volatile, and
can be used as a weapon of a power appropriate to its storage
ability. (A few kilograms of antimatter released on the surface
of a habitable planet might well destroy all life on that
planet.)
