Biological Computing

Prerequisites:
Required Theory:
Required or Contributory Development:
  • Algorithms
  • Genetic Engineering
  • Pure Mathematics
Contributory or Required Observations:
  • Knowledge of existence of a type of computers

Description:
Biological computers are computing devices built up from bioelectronic components.  It is difficult but not impossible to build biological computers from rudimentary genetic engineering technology and then use that, in turn, to develop more advanced genetic engineering technology in the same sort of feedback loop observed in other computer development researches.

Provides:
Allows Theory:
  • Biological Computers 1
  • Biological Computers 2
  • Biological Computers 3
  • Biological Computers 4
Allows Development:
  • Biological Computers 1 (dev)
  • Biological Computers 2 (dev)
  • Biological Computers 3 (dev)
  • Biological Computers 4 (dev)
Allows Technology:
  • Biological Computer Infrastructure
