Description:
This is a catch-all
category for whatever type of computer hardware you are able to make
best. A lot of later technologies depend on being able to
compute, but the method is irrelevant.
Computers (general)(dev) is the collective
development level of a civilization's computer technology. This
might simply be the highest one, or it could be some more complicated
combination, depending on the scenario.
