Description:
    This is the refinement of Controlled Fusion technology to the point where it can produce a sustained fusion reaction which produces more energy in a usable form than is consumed in containing the fusion reaction itself.  It may well be possible that fusion power is vastly more difficult than mere Controlled Fusion
