Description:
This is the ability to literally control the force of gravity.  Since gravity is (apparently; they've never been observed) mediated by some light-speed particles (gravitons) traveling between one gravitating body and the other, there might be a way to artificially.  Generally this takes the form of space ships that are exceptionally efficient at accelerating (but always slower than light speed) and making heavy construction and mining equipment cheaper and more effective.
Higher levels of development of Gravity Control (dev) allow drives to be more efficient, cheaper, and allow higher accelerations.  Gravity control infrastructure gets more effective and cheaper with development.
