Description:
This is the technology of making materials with low surface sliding or static friction coefficients.  In the real world, for several centuries the best such material/device was steel ball bearings in properly shaped grooves oiled well.  In the last few decades, better coefficients have been achieved by teflon coatings.  Different levels of contributory theory should allow different levels of Low Friction Materials (dev) to be achieved.
