Description:
    This is the ultimate in recycling technology.  This consists of recycling every This technology consists of allowing a habitat to survive indefinately with only energy input.  The self-support module doesn't make a habitat completely self-sufficient until a medium amount of development has been done on Self-Support.  At lower levels, habitats built at a particular technology merely require less input to keep them functioning.
