7:39pm November 21, 2005:
Whoa, it's been a while since I updated this.  Sorry to anybody who actually reads this page.  Anyway, I was inspired to write down the sum total of my sexual experience (nothing) along with lots of stolen ideas, conjecture, and wild guesses to make A Male Virgin's Guide to Sex.  No it's not a perfet guide tried and tested.  Didn't you read the title?

10:03pm October 1, 2005:
I've given up on both the current Alien Assault Traders server and the gasoline price thing.  They were both dumb ideas.  I am still working on the newest version of the tech tree, and it's almost ready.

3:53pm September 6, 2005:
I'm starting a page to keep track of gasoline prices in Grand Forks, and tell folks where to shop for it.  If you have a current gas price at even one gas station in town, email it to me.

12:20pm August 17, 2005:
I've improved the 4X on Fire page dramatically.  I am now focusing more on the ideas behind the game and less on the current incarnation of the game (which, if you have checked it out, stinks).  I wrote a nice writeup of the mining scheme behind the game, if you're interested.  As always, I still feel that the tech tree is the most interesting part I have made yet (read it online).

5:34pm August 10, 2005:
Help me out!  I've written a kind of tongue-in-cheek article on how to take over the world!  If you've been watching Pinky and the Brain and have figured out a way to take over the world that I've missed, let me know!  Which way would you try, if you were crazy enough?  Build a superweapon?  How about a virus?

3:32am August 7, 2005:
Wrote up quite a few book reviews.

1:02am July 27, 2005:
Wrote/made my ambitious article on CD "burning", ie microwaving CDs and that sort of thing.  Lots of pretty pictures.   Check it out.

5:04pm July 26,2005:
Added a few book reviews in their section

9:10pm July 19, 2005:
I haven't posted in a while as I've been busy getting my Alien Assault Traders game server set up and running.  It now appears to be running and stable.  It's a free (both as in "free beer" and as in "free speech") web-based game.  Give it a whirl.  If you have trouble, email me as usual.

12:35am July 13, 2005:
    Added four new book reviews.

4:45pm July 12, 2005:
Added a new article on the stupid things meat companies do, along with a smaller page of my links.  Both are in the Articles section.

11:10am July 8, 2005:
I put my 4x strategy game online.  I'm calling it 4X on Fire.  The tech tree to the game is still available at Tech Tree, it's just that it's now a subset of 4X on Fire.

5:14pm July 6, 2005:
Wrote an article on how to make cheap oil from sunlight.  It uses existing technologies throught, so it should be feasible.  Read it and feel free to comment.

4:03pm July 3, 2005:
Added A Journey to Absolute Zero and the first two subarticles into the Articles section.

3:23pm July 2, 2005:
I recorded the introduction to The Island of Doctor Moreau, as though I were making an audiobook out of it.  I welcome comments and criticisms.  It is available in the Audiobooks page.

1:35pm July 2, 2005:
Added a games page to describe the video games I like to play and any files I've created relevant to them.  It'll live in the articles section.

10:30am June 29, 2005:
I got a gmail address specifically for the web site.  It's srehnadmin@gmail.com.  Please feel free to email me if you have a comment, complaint, or suggestion, or even if you happen to feel like it and have nothing to say.  I'm starting to get worried that nobody is even finding this page.

8:22pm June 28, 2005:

I finished the first draft of my markets article.  Go on, read it.  You know you want to.

5:18pm June 27, 2005:
First update after the weekend.  I've added 13 new book reviews in the Book Reviews section (link on the right side).  They're mostly Heinlein, Sheffield, and Baxter books.  Ultimately, I intend to have reviews of every book I've read and remember.  That could take quite a while, as I'm sure you'll understand.  I've also got a little article on how market economies functin in the works.  I'll have it ready for your consumption in a couple of days.

12:50pm June 23, 2005:
Added an intro page for the Tech Tree.  I added a few book reviews earlier, but I mention them now because I didn't then.

8:04pm June 21, 2005:
I added text and PDF versions of A New Thirst in the Stories section, and I added a link to the Tech Tree zone.

7:15pm June 21, 2005:
This is the first version of the site.  There is, as you can see, a lot of work left to be done.  I have a lot of existing material to add to the site before I need to start working on new material, but that is coming as well.  Things to expect are: my Firefox-based conquer-the-galaxy type strategy game, my fully html-made and hyperlinked technology tree (over 100 entries so far), and my science fiction stories.
